Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with the construction of the product, please contact me. My store policy includes repair, replacement or refund if there is a mistake from my end. [This includes error in colors, mistake on design, seams falling apart, design lifting, or a hole in shirt (that shouldn't be there).] 

Please contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure about an item description - We will be happy to answer any questions. 

All items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if there is an error on my part. Please read over the description and choose sizing according to your needs. 

Unfortunately, items that are personalized are non-refundable. 

We kindly request that you allow me the opportunity to exchange your merchandise in lieu of leaving neutral or negative feedback.

If we agree to exchange merchandise the customer must return the item in an unworn/like brand new state. Postage is to be covered by the customer. It must also be in its original packaging and returned within 7 business days.
